If you really want to stop smoking, then one session of hypnotherapy could be all you need.
I provide cognitive behavourial hypnotherapy to help clients stop smoking. These are achieved through a single session treatment lasting approximately two hours.
In addition, clients are coached in coping mechanisms, and self-help techniques to practice on their own afterwards.
