What Happens Next

Free Initial Consultation

With the exception of clients wanting hypnosis to stop smoking, I offer a free 30 minute no-obligation initial consultation. All consultations, free and paid, are confidential and offer you the chance to ask me any questions about hypnotherapy and any techniques I believe will apply to your circumstances.

After the consultation you will have three choices: continue straight into your first hypnotherapy session; schedule your first session; or leave with no obligation but plenty of time to absorb what you have learnt.

Each individual is different and I do not believe in a cookie cutter approach to therapy. You talk; I listen. Then when we are both agreed on therapy, I can talk, you can listen, and you can relax.

Cancellations or Re-Scheduling

If you cannot make an appointment please give me at least 48 hours notice. If you do not give at least 48 hrs notice, you may be liable for the full cost of the whole session.
