Again we refer to the conscious mind. Your conscious mind may be quizzical and "logical". But your subsconscious mind, your inner mind, experiences and processes emotions, feelings, sounds and images as if they were real, and this happens regardless of what your conscious mind is thinking. Information processes in this way is moulded into a real memory in your brain. Your mind and body adjusts according to this created memory. You, and others around you, will start to see and feel the changes almost immediately. I remember a painfully shy client who came out of hypnosis and, while still stretching, started to fire rapid questions to me, questions he would never have had the nerve to ask prior to the hypnosis session, for fear of being intrusive.
